Hi! We’re Nacole and Jeremy—co-founders, pet parents, and lifelong Loudoun locals. We started Waggin’ Tails with one mission: to bring real, reliable pet care to the families, seniors, and dog lovers in our community.

We believe pet care should feel like a trusted neighbor stopping by—not a gig worker you hope shows up. That’s why every service we offer is built around consistency, communication, and care.

We didn’t build Waggin’ Tails to get rich scooping poop (though, yes, we do love a clean yard). We built it because we saw a need: people were stuck choosing between overpriced apps or flakey part-timers—and no one was offering the kind of local, dependable service we’d want for our own pets.

So we changed that.
