By using our services, you agree to the terms below. These protect your pets, our team, and keep things running smoothly for everyone.


💼 1. Services Overview

  • Pet Waste Removal: Weekly, twice-weekly, or one-time cleanups
  • Dog Walking: 15–60 minute walks with photo updates
  • Pet Sitting & Drop-ins: From 15-minute potty breaks to overnights
  • Add-ons: Deodorizer, front-yard cleanup, combo plans

🗓️ 2. Scheduling & Communication

  • All scheduling and billing is handled through Jobber

💳 3. Billing & Payment

  • A credit card on file is required for recurring services
  • Auto-billing applies to monthly or per-visit plans
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days

❌ 4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 24-hour notice required. Same-day cancellations may be charged
  • No refunds for completed work. Missed something? Tell us within 24 hours and we’ll fix it
  • Prepaid services and custom items are non-refundable but may be credited if canceled in time

🚪 5. Property Access & Pet Safety

  • Provide safe access and secure pets as needed
  • Alert us to hazards like ice or broken gates
  • We may charge a trip fee if we can’t safely complete the visit

💩 6. Poop Disposal Policy

We dispose of waste in your outdoor bin unless otherwise requested (removal may incur a fee).

📸 7. Photo & Marketing Consent

We may take pictures of your pets for marketing use. No names or identifying info are shared. Let us know if you'd like to opt out.

⚠️ 8. Liability

  • We are not liable for injuries due to pre-existing pet conditions or property hazards
  • Clients are responsible for vet costs related to their pet’s behavior or health

☃️ 9. Weather & Service Interruptions

We work through most weather. In extreme conditions, visits may be shortened or rescheduled. You will not be charged, and we’ll do our best to reschedule.

🚫 10. Right to Refuse Service

  • Unsafe or unsanitary yards
  • Dangerous or aggressive pets
  • Harassment or inappropriate behavior toward staff
  • Repeat no-shows or payment issues
